Dear Ms. Lawrence/Mr. Petrella/Ms.Taira:
On behalf of the Coalition to Save and Create Jobs and Invest In the USA, I am
requesting your boss to support EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2021 (S.831 was introduced by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) in the Senate, and H.R. 2901 was introduced by Rep. Greg Stanton (D-AZ) and Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA) in the House).
The EB-5 Regional Center Program is set to expire on June 30, 2021.
The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2021 will provide the stability of a 5-year reauthorization and enable the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to better guard against abuse and promote program integrity, providing all stakeholders critical safeguards against fraud. You can find a section-by-section summary of the bill HERE.
Since its inception, the EB-5 Regional Center Program has drawn in more than $41
billion in capital investment from across the globe to support American businesses and
created more than 820,000 job opportunities for U.S. workers.
Since 2008, the EB-5 Program has brought more than $6.5 billion in funding and
more than 205,000+ jobs to New York. If the program expires on June 30, the
opportunity for future investment and job creation through the Regional Center Program
will be eliminated. You can find a one-page data sheet on the economic impact to the
state – HERE.
PLEASE SUPPORT S.831/H.R.2901!

Sincerely,
YOUR NAME
